Content published by HayZ is for general information and education. It reflects personal experience and research and is not financial, medical, mental-health, legal or other professional advice. Decisions made after reading the content remain your responsibility.

Digital book purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars. Stripe may display and charge an eligible customer in a local currency. Payment is processed by Stripe; HayZ does not receive or store complete card details.

Digital books are supplied as English-language PDF or EPUB files for one reader under the personal-use licence. Access is made available after successful payment and a secure download link is sent to the email used at checkout. Purchasing a book does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Immediate delivery and cancellation

Before payment you may be asked to request immediate access and acknowledge that, once digital delivery begins, a statutory cancellation right may be lost where the law permits. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds and file support

Because digital access cannot normally be returned, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after download access begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us within 14 days if you were charged more than once, received the wrong product, received a corrupted or materially misdescribed file, or a technical problem prevents access.

We will first try to restore access or provide a working replacement. Where that is not possible, or where the law gives you a remedy, we will provide the appropriate refund.

Intellectual property

Original essays, books, frameworks and designs belong to HayZ or their stated rights holder. Short excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link. Republishing full works, exercises, tables or substantial extracts requires written permission.

Promotion, discounts and affiliation

No person or organisation may claim to be an authorised HayZ affiliate, partner or representative without written approval. Approved promoters must disclose commercial relationships and must not make misleading claims or guarantee outcomes. Promotional codes apply only to their stated product, dates and regions; they have no cash value and cannot be resold.

External services

The site uses third parties including Stripe for payment, Resend for order email and the selected newsletter provider for optional subscriptions. External links and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
