Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Book orders: Stripe processes payment and provides HayZ with order information such as your email address, payment status, product, billing country and transaction identifiers. HayZ does not receive complete card numbers.

Digital delivery: your order email is sent through Resend. Secure download links contain a time-limited token tied to the Stripe order and purchased book. The token does not contain payment-card details.

Newsletter: if you subscribe separately, your email address is sent to the configured newsletter provider. Book buyers are not added to the newsletter automatically. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Technical records: hosting and security systems may process IP address, request time, browser information and error logs to operate and protect the site.

How information is used

To process payments and confirm whether an order is complete.
To deliver purchased files and provide order or file support.
To prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised download access.
To send the newsletter only where separate consent has been given.
To maintain, secure and improve the website.

Service providers and international processing

HayZ uses hosting, payment, email, content and newsletter service providers. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and may process it in countries outside your own. Appropriate provider safeguards should be confirmed before launch.

Retention and security

Order records are retained as needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any minimal suppression record needed to honour that request. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access is limited and paid files are not placed in the public website directory.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Identity may need to be verified before an information request is completed.
