HayZ is a Hong Kong-born entrepreneur, creator, trader, and systems builder based in the United Kingdom.
The work explores the links between AI, business, psychology, philosophy, health, technology, and human potential.
For years, business and inner development felt like separate lives. What changed was noticing they never were separate: the quality of attention showed up in trading results; beliefs about identity shaped what felt possible to build; environment quietly decided habits.
HayZ is where those connections become practical frameworks for building a freer, healthier, wealthier, and more meaningful life. It is an evolving body of work, not a finished doctrine.
The LINK philosophy
Why links, not lists
Most self-improvement treats life as a set of separate containers: fix your money, then your health, then your relationships. But results do not respect containers. Wealth is linked to energy; energy to sleep; sleep to stress; stress to meaning; meaning to the work you chose because of the money you thought you needed.
The HayZ premise is simple: see the links, and you can redesign the system. Miss them, and every fix is temporary.
